Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting in Oklahoma City. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and assist with care plans under supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing.

You will report changes promptly, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or LVN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing.
