Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing setting under RN supervision. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

You will document care accurately, participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds, and mentor CNAs while maintaining dignity and privacy for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Report changes in condition to RN or physician.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing.
