Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience on hire.
• Current TX RN license on hire.
• BLS/CPR certification (within 14 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduces comprehensive patient assessments and coordinates care.
• Administers medications and ensures safety protocols.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with family education.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicates patient status and handoffs clearly to the team.
• Contributes to safety, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
