Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in CAD and SAP is preferred, with a focus on lean methods and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, assembly and testing.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
• Experience with SAP is a differentiator.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to feedback on product design for manufacturing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as specifications and BOMs.
• Analyze and improve panel design to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop templates/poka-yokes to increase productivity and ensure quality.
• Provide technical assistance for assembly, testing and packing of LV panels, including prototypes.
• Develop and update SOPs for production processes.
