Job summary

Harbinger Motors in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for Low Voltage and ADAS to oversee supplier quality of LV harnesses, cameras, radars and electromechanical assemblies. You will audit suppliers, define quality plans, and drive APQP/PPAP, FAI and PPAP processes with cross-functional teams to meet ISO/IATF standards.

You should have a bachelor’s in engineering and 3–7 years in automotive quality or supplier quality, with knowledge of IPC standards and QMS tools; travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• 3–7 years in automotive quality or supplier quality.
• Knowledge of LV harnesses, cameras, radars and electromechanical assemblies.
• Working knowledge of IPC 600, IPC 610, IPC 620, USCAR.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQE, CQA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits (process, product, system).
• Develop supplier performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for nonconformances.
• Validate supplier processes for LV wiring, camera/radar assemblies and PCBA.
• Review supplier documentation (control plans, FMEAs, deviations).
• Lead MRB meetings and participate in ECN reviews.
