Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Sales Professional to exceed revenue goals by converting leads into sales and building lasting customer relationships. You will assist customers in purchasing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related premium wellness products, delivering an exceptional buying experience and lifestyle-focused guidance.

Pay rate includes a $30,000/year base plus commission, with training and opportunities for advancement across our nationwide network of stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and explain it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales and build relationships with customers.
• Sell hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related products.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Track sales activity and customer interactions per guidelines.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
• Follow established sales processes.
• Assist showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer experience from contact to purchase.
• Occasional site visits to customers’ homes; support team efforts.
