Job summary

Black Briar Management's Nautilus 220 in Lake Park, FL seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain luxury common areas, amenities, and resident-facing spaces. You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and presentation tasks with reliability and professionalism, supporting guests and residents.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and a collaborative, hospitality-driven approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or luxury residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced operational environments.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in resident-facing luxury environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and housekeeping equipment preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs across departments.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as operationally required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred given the resident community and operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, lounges, fitness areas, amenity spaces, offices, and resident-facing environments.
• Luxury Presentation Standards: Ensure spaces reflect Nautilus 220’s luxury standards through cleaning, organization, polishing, dusting, and upkeep.
• Amenity Area Upkeep: Clean pool areas, wellness spaces, rooftop amenities, lounges, and recreational spaces; keep furniture and surfaces guest-ready.
• Trash Removal & Restocking: Empty trash, replace liners, restock restroom and amenity supplies.
• Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, vacuum, mop, polish, dust, clean glass, sanitize surfaces.
• Resident Service Support: Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Inspection & Reporting: Inspect areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, hazards, or deficiencies; escalate as needed.
• Equipment & Supply Management: Safely operate equipment; maintain carts and inventories and report replenishment needs.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with concierge, maintenance, operations, valet, and management teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemical handling, PPE, and safety guidelines.
