Black Briar Management is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for Nautilus 220 in Lake Park, FL. Maintain high-standards of cleanliness for luxury common areas and amenities, interact professionally with residents, and support operations with meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year’s housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and a service-focused mindset to uphold elevated presentation throughout the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel housekeeping, or luxury residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for resident community.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning & Maintenance across lobbies, lounges, and amenities.
• Luxurious presentation standards in resident-facing spaces.
• Upkeep of pool, wellness spaces, and rooftop amenities.
• Trash removal, restocking supplies, and restrooms care.
• Floor care: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
• Operate equipment safely and manage supplies/inventory.
• Coordinate with concierge, maintenance, and management for readiness.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines.
