Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury sales experience, preferably in watches or jewelry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experience and close high-value sales.
• Passion for luxury watches and knowledge of Rolex and Swiss brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to walk-in clients in the Newport Beach showroom.
• Educate clients on luxury brands such as Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Cartier.
• Drive sales by building relationships and communicating product value.
• Assist customers in buying, selling, or trading pre-owned watches with transparent pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, market trends, and pricing.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text to nurture leads.
• Support showroom operations, display, inventory, and in-person consultations.
