Responsibilities include expert advice on suiting, fabric selection, and tailoring, with a focus on Made-to-Measure sales and exceptional client service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
• Strong tailoring, fit, and fabric knowledge.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and styling.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through consultations and fittings.
• Assist clients with on-site measurements and fit adjustments.
• Achieve and exceed store sales goals with product knowledge.
• Manage the clienteling process from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique visual and operational standards.
• Stay informed on seasonal fabrics and industry trends.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams for perfect fits.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion.
