Job summary

Phillip Jeffries in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join our luxury brand operations. You will handle picking and packing of wallcoverings, report to the Warehouse Manager, and work Monday–Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities include accurate order processing, packaging to uphold luxury standards, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining high quality and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment centers and operating order pickers/reach trucks is a plus.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment & Distribution: Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders.
• Maintain speed and accuracy—because perfection deserves punctuality.
• Exceed service benchmarks by adhering to internal and client-facing SLAs.
