Job summary

Kia of West Nyack is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our service team at 250 N Route 303, West Nyack, NY 10994. This is a fully onsite role with competitive pay and opportunities to work on luxury and late-model vehicles.

We value teamwork, quality workmanship, and ongoing technician development through available training. ASE certifications are considered a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service and repair.
• Familiarity with luxury vehicles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and late-model pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and general automotive repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify additional repair and maintenance needs during vehicle inspections.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, dealership procedures, and safety standards.
• Properly document repairs and communicate vehicle concerns with service advisors and management.
