Qualifications

• Hospitality, luxury retail, concierge, tech support, or similar guest-facing backgrounds welcome.
• Ability to explain technology clearly to guests.
• Strong communication skills and calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Own the vehicle delivery experience from start to finish -- every guest, every time, to the Lexus standard
• Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles with confidence and care -- walkthrough features and tech
• Ensure paperwork, plates, and accessories are accurate and ready before deliveries
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service for smooth handoffs
• Create a relaxed, premium delivery experience and ensure guests feel taken care of
• Support CSI results through consistent, hospitality-first interactions
