Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee invites applications for a Part-Time, hourly Bell Attendant role. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage and parking, and coordinate transportation while maintaining a high level of service at the entrance.

Strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs are required, with at least two years of driving experience. The position is part-time with competitive benefits and room discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, and inquiries.
• Enter/exit guests from vehicles safely and assist with parking.
• Transport luggage and assist with tagging and storage.
• Arrange taxis or rideshares for guests.
• Stay at hotel entrance to ensure attentive service.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Support Bell and Front Office teams to ensure smooth lobby flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
