Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests and deliver high-touch valet service at luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with drop-offs, and maintain a polished, professional appearance across shifts.

As a Valet Attendant, you’ll contribute to a safe, efficient guest experience with strong communication and teamwork, while earning hourly pay plus tips in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping; clock in/out and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and a positive attitude.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and groomed to PMC standards; adhere to schedules and policies.
• Attend required staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals.
