Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You are the first impression and the final goodbye, delivering welcoming, professional service from arrival to departure.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, communicate clearly, and maintain a polished presence to shape the guest experience in a fast-paced, outdoor hospitality setting. This role offers competitive pay plus tips while building customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with clear safety procedures.
• Adhere to attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork to maintain high-quality guest experiences.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold company policies; arrive on time in uniform.
• Perform additional tasks as needed and attend required trainings.
