Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to be a key first and last point of contact in the guest journey at our luxury properties in Los Angeles. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, greet guests warmly, and deliver attentive service aligned with Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star standards.

This role requires a valid driver's license, professional presentation, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 2 years or as required by local law
• Professional grooming and appearance per property standards
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in varied weather

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with warmth and use guest name when possible
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with care
• Provide guests with tickets and clear instructions for retrieval
• Assist guests with luggage and provide a courteous farewell
• Log vehicle tickets and notes per procedure
• Attend daily pre-shift briefs and support guest services during peak periods
