Job summary

Southern Holiday Homes in Santa Rosa Beach, FL (30A) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our luxury vacation rental portfolio. You will identify homeowners, build partnerships, and close management agreements.

Base salary $45,000-$55,000 with total earnings potential of $90,000-$120,000+ (Base + Commission). This full-time role reports to CEO/Ownership and offers growth through performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic business technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new luxury vacation rental properties in the 30A market.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with homeowners, agents, investors, and partners.
• Conduct homeowner consultations, property evaluations, and presentations.
• Negotiate and close new property management agreements.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Research market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding with Owner Relations for new homeowners.
• Meet property acquisition and revenue growth goals.
