Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Selling Manager at our home site to lead in-person luxury sales with current and prospective owners. You will drive revenue, maintain high standards, and model professional behavior in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and mentor new hires, recruit top talent, and participate in ongoing advanced sales training while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong closing performance.

Qualifications

• Wyndham sales experience required.
• Proven track record of maintaining production standards.
• Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
• No travel outside of the home site's area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
• Conducts in-person sales presentations
• Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
• Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires
• Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
