Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales professional in Phoenix to establish rapport with prospective and current owners, conduct in-person presentations, and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure.

The role requires Wyndham sales experience, a proven production track record, and the ability to overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, and an AZ real estate license or willingness to obtain one is

Qualifications

Wyndham Sales Experience required.
Proven track record of maintaining production standards.
Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.
Arizona Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
Conducts in-person sales presentations
Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure
Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires
Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
