Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to conduct in-person presentations at our Las Vegas resort sales centers. You will generate bookings by initiating transactions and applying proven closing techniques while highlighting the benefits of travel with Club Wyndham.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a Nevada TSA license or ability to obtain one, and a high-school diploma. Weekend/holiday availability and a proactive, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Must have Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to overcome objections and work in a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and closing techniques.
• Communicate benefits of traveling with Club Wyndham.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Present sales pitches in line with company policies and compliance standards.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings; keep current on sales information and industry trends; set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
