Job summary

Bon Voyage Travel is seeking a Travel Advisor for an onsite role in Oro Valley or Green Valley, AZ. You will design and book luxury cruise experiences, consult with clients, and build a growing book of business through relationships and referrals.

You will learn cruise lines, suppliers, and booking systems, with commissions based on sails. If you are patient, self-motivated, and relish the long game, this role rewards you for years, not weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, preferably luxury cruises.
• Strong consultative sales skills and client-focused approach.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proactive business development through referrals and networking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and travel booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to design cruise and vacation experiences.
• Sell across cruise, river cruise, escorted tours, all-inclusive resorts, and custom travel.
• Develop lasting relationships that generate repeat bookings.
• Generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Book and manage cruise, air, hotel, tour, rail, and transportation reservations.
• Handle travel protection, upgrades, excursions, and changes/cancellations.
