Job summary

Delicato Family Vineyards in Napa, CA is seeking a Trade Hospitality and Events Coordinator to deliver luxury hospitality experiences for trade guests and ensure seamless event operations at the winery. This role requires on-site attendance five days a week and close collaboration with Sales, Brand, and Winemaking teams.

You will develop personalized guest experiences, manage calendars, and coordinate hospitality requests while supporting leadership with administrative tasks and trade event

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is a plus.
• Minimum three years wine or hospitality related experience in a customer facing role.
• Wine industry experience and wine knowledge are strongly preferred; wine education certification is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age; valid driver's license and clean driving record; TIPS or equivalent certification within 90 days; CA food handler's certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, hospitality requests, and trade calendars for guests and executives.
• Coordinate and execute wine tastings, tours, experiences, and education activities for trade guests.
• Arrange overnight accommodations for suites or cottages and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop trade guest experiences and programs in collaboration with Brand, Sales, and Winemaking teams.
• Assist in planning and hosting trade events, including proposals, contracts, and event orders.
