Job summary

Leonardo Jewelers is seeking a full-time Watchmaker for our on-site Red Bank, NJ workshop. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and quartz movements, service luxury timepieces, and perform case and bracelet refinishing when required.

You will work closely with sales and customer service to deliver accurate estimates, explain outcomes, and ensure a superior client experience while maintaining a clean, organized workshop and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong technical watchmaking skills including mechanical and quartz movement diagnosis, repair and servicing.
• Proficiency with small components and precision tools.
• Experience with luxury/high-end brands and service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and quartz watch issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Service movements, regulate and time watches, and perform case/bracelet refinishing as needed.
• Maintain detailed service records and provide accurate repair estimates.
