Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail service; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong storytelling, client service, selling, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships by listening, anticipating needs, and taking responsibility for requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise and newly introduced products.
• Deliver exceptional client service and selling experiences through storytelling and hospitality.
• Work collaboratively and accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
