Job summary

OMEGA Luxury Timepieces is seeking a Sales Associate for the South Coast Plaza location. The role focuses on creating a welcoming luxury environment, developing deep knowledge of Omega timepieces, and cultivating relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and insights into the brand’s heritage.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, proven selling skills, strong communication, and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of the collection.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience is required.
• Strong selling capabilities and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability to learn technical aspects of the collection.
• Strong negotiation skills and a passion for selling.

• Create a welcoming, upscale luxury environment for clients.
