Job summary

Swatch Group in New York is seeking an enthusiastic Keyholder with retail sales experience to join our flagship store. You will greet customers, apply product knowledge to drive sales, and uphold store presentation in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers base pay plus commission, an hourly rate of $19.50–$21.50, and a comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position.
• Driven to deliver superior service to customers.
• Engage customers in Swatch brand culture.
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to plan, set and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner.
