Job summary

Earth Elements Design Center in Park City is seeking a tile and wood flooring specialist to join our showroom team. You will work with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders on high-end residential projects, guiding selections and coordinating from quote to completion.

The ideal candidate has direct tile/stone/wood flooring experience or related luxury construction knowledge, with strong sales and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Tile, natural stone, slab or wood flooring experience strongly preferred.
• Proven sales experience in luxury residential construction or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, consultative sales, business development, or similar.
• Experience working with designers, architects, builders, contractors, or luxury homeowners.
• Strong relationship-building, qualification, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Ability to read architectural plans and prepare estimates; Bluebeam a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through tile, stone, slab, and wood flooring selections.
• Provide consultative product guidance on features and installation considerations.
• Read architectural plans and prepare accurate material estimates.
• Manage projects from initial consultation to ordering and completion.
• Develop new business and nurture relationships with trade partners.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Maintain showroom knowledge and coordinate with accounting.
• Represent Earth Elements at local events as needed.
