Job summary

Foundry Health Club in Duluth, MN is seeking a part-time Thermal Spa Attendant to guide guests through thermal journeys and to ensure a calm, luxury wellness environment.

You will maintain the spa areas, assist with laundry, stock towels and refreshments, greet guests discreetly, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality, wellness, spa or housekeeping (luxury or boutique preferred).
• A quiet confidence, service-first mindset, and respect for privacy and guest comfort.
• Strong time management and ability to move with urgency and grace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa areas, lounges, locker rooms and treatment zones to high cleanliness and ambiance.
• Stock towels, robes, water, and refreshments and present them beautifully.
• Greet and guide guests through the thermal journeys with discretion.
• Assist with laundry service, including washing, folding, and organizing spa linens.
• Communicate with the Foundry team to keep the spa environment calm and guest ready.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols to luxury-level standards.
• All other duties as assigned

About the Role:

The Thermal Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences within the thermal wellness area by coordinating and guiding guests through therapeutic thermal journeys. This role ensures the safe, effective, and seamless use of thermal amenities including the Dry Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Salt Chamber. The attendant provides education, monitors guest comfort and safety, maintains cleanliness and operational standards, and supports a tranquil wellness environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the spa’s thermal areas, lounges, locker rooms, and treatment zones to the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance.
• Ensure amenities such as towels, robes, water, and refreshments are consistently stocked and beautifully presented.
• Greet and guide guests through the thermal journeys with a discreet, attentive presence.
• Assist with laundry service, including washing, folding, and organizing spa linens throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with the Foundry team to ensure the thermal spa environment stays calm and guest ready.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to luxury-level standards.
• All other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, and handle laundry duties.

Physical Requirements
