• Experienced in garment construction, patternmaking, fit and production workflow.
• Proven ability to lead design-to-production processes across multiple teams.
• Strong collaboration with Design, Production, Patternmakers and factories to preserve design integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and technical design workflow for Ready-to-Wear and Bridal.
• Serve as main point of contact for Design during development; delegate and communication.
• Set up, manage, and review BOMs and technical trims for styles.
• Ensure feasibility of styles for production in collaboration with Design.
• Provide technical feedback for size scales based on garment and fit.
• Coordinate with patternmakers and QA to meet production deadlines.
