Bravas, a premier luxury technology integrator in Dougherty, CA, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, staging, and dispatch of high-end security and smart home equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent training preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a high-performing warehouse team through clear communication and mentorship.
• Coordinates with Purchasing, Project Management, Field Services, and Sales to align inventory with timelines.
• Promotes teamwork across departments to support efficient operations and client service.
• Manages receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, and shipping with precision.
• Ensures adherence to safety, warehouse protocols, and company policies.
• Monitors KPIs such as inventory accuracy and staging timelines.
• Forecasts inventory needs and communicates shortages or overstock risks.
• Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements to prevent disruptions.
• Maintains proactive maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Explores new inventory tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Support materials and logistics handling with care and excellence.
• Designs innovative layouts and workflows to improve speed and space utilization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
