Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across email, phone, and digital platforms.
• Oversee service flow, guest notes, and dining room execution.
• Coordinate with chef and culinary team on menu notes and dietary mods.
• Prepare service materials, floor plans, and notes for staff education.
• Lead pre-service lineup and host during service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain guest records for personalization and repeat-guest recognition.
• Collaborate with wine team to reflect beverage details for materials.
