Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Talent Development Manager for Signia Hilton Naples Beach Resort in Naples, FL. You will lead end-to-end learning initiatives, partner with department leaders, and design programs to elevate service standards across luxury properties.

The role requires strong instructional design, project management, and the ability to coach leaders. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help foster career growth, engagement, and excellence in guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience in Forbes 4- or 5-Star property preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning programs for all levels of operation.
• Develop leadership development, training, and employee engagement strategies.
• Coordinate learning platforms, maintain calendars, and ensure compliance training.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and effective feedback.
• Align training with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.
