Job summary

The Tailor at TOM FORD FASHION is responsible for client fittings and alterations with the highest level of service, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will serve as a brand ambassador, presenting garment details and offering personalized styling during fittings, while collaborating with Sales Associates to resolve client concerns on the showroom floor.

Expect to work with expert sewing skills, communicate timelines for repairs, and contribute to store sales through precise tailoring

Qualifications

• Excellent technical tailoring skills.
• Fitting experience required, preferably in a high luxury environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of garment construction and pattern-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by presenting garment details and providing personalized styling recommendations during fittings.
• Drive sales generation through expert technical knowhow and by instilling confidence on the sales floor.
• Complete work utilizing expert technical sewing skills, accurately and on time.
• Communicate expected timelines for all garment repairs and alterations.
• Provide solutions with the General Manager; partner with Sales Associates to address client concerns efficiently.
• Act as a team player by supporting the workload of other tailor team members.
• Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all alterations.
