Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by presenting garment details and providing personalized styling recommendations during fittings.
• Work with clients on the sales floor to help drive sales through expert know-how and confidence-building.
• Complete work utilizing expert technical sewing skills, accurately and on time.
• Communicate expected timelines for all garment repairs and alterations.
• Provide solutions on potential issues within the Tailor Shop with the General Manager; partner with Sales Associates to resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Act as a team player by supporting the workload of other tailor team members as needed.
