Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Su Misura Manager for its Las Vegas boutique to grow the made-to-measure client base while upholding luxury service standards. You will report to the General Manager, drive sales, support customers and the sales team, and increase local awareness of Su Misura services.

You will lead clienteling and events, coordinate fittings and orders, and work with the headquarters to ensure seamless service and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment construction and sizing, 2-4 years.
• Experience in luxury menswear or custom suiting, 2-4 years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of luxury customer service and products, including Zegna collection.
• Experience coaching teams and driving performance through collaboration.
• Ability to learn independently and organize Su Misura events.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and revenue, monitor customers, and develop client-retention strategies.
• Participate in made-to-measure selling and support second fitting appointments.
• Train the sales team on product measurement, order processing, and communicating Su Misura services.
• Promote services through local events and partnerships, and represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Maintain the Su Misura area, tools, order chart, and fabric availability records.
• Enter orders, communicate special requests to headquarters, send order confirmations, and coordinate delivery or customs issues.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports and develop business strategies.
