Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Dallas seeks an experienced in-store Stylist to deliver personalized styling consultations, craft complete looks, and elevate client experience in a luxury Ready-to-Wear boutique.

You will build a personal client portfolio, drive styling-led sales, and mentor junior advisors while collaborating with Visual Merchandising and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail styling, deep knowledge of fit and trends, and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, fashion trends, body types, fit, and accessorizing.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver measurable sales results.
• Experience with CRM tools, omnichannel services, and performance tracking.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and coaching skills with a polished professional presence.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced boutique environment and collaborate with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one styling consultations and create full outfit recommendations across categories.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up on new arrivals.
• Drive styling-led sales, conversion, UPT, and appointments in line with store targets.
• Promote full-look selling and support cross-category and omnichannel initiatives including remote selling.
• Act as the in-store reference for style direction, translating trends into client-relevant recommendations.
• Train and coach client advisors on styling techniques and collaborate with Visual Merchandising for cohesive presentation.
• Support styling for store events, previews, and promotional activities and provide product feedback to management.
