• Proven ability to deliver personalized styling and develop long-term client relationships.
• Experience training, coaching, and elevating selling skills of retail teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication across store and regional teams.
• Proactive commercial mindset with ability to analyze competition and grow clientele.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets and increase Ready-To-Wear penetration through personalized styling and client engagement.
• Provide styling support and mentorship to store selling associates during key client experiences, events, and personalized hosting.
• Partner with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director and Regional Client Relations teams on client retention and development strategies.
• Collaborate on collection trainings and new launch communications; prepare styling tools and materials to support full-silhouette and personal styling.
• Monitor competitors and industry developments to inform creative selling strategies and identify external opportunities to grow the RTW client network.
