Watson Style Group in New York City is seeking a Styling Logistics Intern to own daily logistics, inventory, shipping, and vendor coordination for our New York studio. You will document processes and help ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

This paid internship offers hands-on responsibility from day one, exposure to luxury client services, and opportunities to build scalable logistics systems and SOPs with a small, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong planning abilities.
• Comfortable with hands-on logistics tasks (packing, lifting, steaming).
• Able to commute to New York City five days a week.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Interest in luxury service operations and client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Daily logistics operations and workflow execution for the New York studio.
• Inventory tracking, ordering, and supply management.
• Shipping, receiving, and distribution with timely fulfillment across departments.
• Vendor relationships and contract onboarding support, plus performance monitoring.
• Documentation of SOPs and opportunities to improve processes and automate tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies and help build scalable logistics systems and automation.
• Track KPIs for fulfillment, inventory accuracy, timelines, and costs.
