Responsibilities

• SALES & SERVICE: Achieve monthly sales goals and deliver unparalleled customer experience to all visitors of The Shop and Equinox.
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies; complete tasks timely/accurately.
• PRODUCT & PRESENTATION: Ensure The Shop reflects brand standards; assist with merchandising and marketing direction.
• PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION: Build relationships; communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy.
