Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for our Las Vegas store to collaborate with Client Advisors to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience and support on and off the shop floor.

You will participate in luxury sales, clienteling and back-of-house operations, manage omni-channel services, greet customers, assist with product delivery to the floor, and help maintain a smooth, hospitality-driven shop environment.

Qualificações

• Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to identify customer needs, provide the right products, and close sales to achieve store sales targets
• Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
• Agility and flexibility with a self-starting attitude and ability to identify the stores’ needs in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times

Responsabilidades

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
• Support the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality
• Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory
