Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC in New York City is seeking a Temporary Store Planning Coordinator to support store development projects, including openings, remodels, relocations, and maintenance. You will track timelines, budgets, shipments, POs, and invoices while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

This hybrid, full-time, 3-on-site/2-WFH role starts ASAP for 3–6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail, construction, facilities, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support store development projects including openings, remodels, relocations, and maintenance.
• Track timelines, budgets, shipments, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate any risks or delays.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned.
