Tory Burch is seeking a store leadership partner to work closely with the GM/AGM, guiding staff and shaping the store's performance. You will focus on developing selling and service skills, managing daily operations with an authentic approach, and creating a productive environment where customers have an extraordinary experience.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in business or fashion-related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in a luxury or service-driven environment.
• Prior managerial experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of success.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with the GM/AGM to create a productive, high-performance environment.
• Lead and coach the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets.
