Job summary

Valentino is seeking a Store Manager in our San Antonio, TX boutique to drive exceptional client experiences and lead a high-performing team in a luxury retail setting.

As a true ambassador for the Maison, you will develop business strategies, coach staff, manage CRM initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, events, and store finance. Prior luxury store leadership is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum 5 years in store management or leadership.
• Luxury department store experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and KPI understanding.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Network Development & Brand Ambassador: ensure front-of-house excellence and culture of couture service.
• Business & Sales Performance: drive sales targets and analyze KPIs.
• Team Leadership & Management: lead, coach, and develop store team.
• CRM & Events Management: manage clienteling, CRM, and community events.
• Store Operations & Merchandise: oversee inventory, payments, and loss prevention.
• Visual Merchandising: coordinate with HQ for visuals and display standards.
