Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in retail or beauty
• 3+ years manager experience
• Passion for the beauty industry, particularly hair extensions and styling services
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to hit sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff to build a skilled team.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and personalized service.
• Implement sales strategies using retail math, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping records.
• Supervise scheduling, stock replenishment, and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate luxury retail leadership and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
