Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operations, and team development in a luxury retail setting. You will lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach’s service standards.

Your role involves forecasting, KPI monitoring, staff coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand initiatives while remaining adaptable to a fast-paced environment and community

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Support the Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and executing category initiatives; monitor KPIs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; act as brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance experiences.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising; maintain store safety.
