Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences and team development. This Assistant Store Manager role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional service, and develop team members on the selling floor.

You will lead by example, manage omni-channel initiatives, and ensure operational excellence while upholding Coach’s service standards across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and act as a brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising; maintain store safety and vendor relations.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams.
