Job summary

Sézane is seeking a Store Director to lead operations at the North Park Center store in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of visual and operational excellence.

You will manage a team, collaborate with Paris HQ, plan events, and ensure inventory and financial targets are met in a luxury retail environment. Fluency in French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury or fast-paced retail teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by engaging clients in their shopping experience with high service levels, product knowledge and process execution.
• Lead, train and motivate shop team; participate in hiring and recruitment.
• Oversee all store operations including merchandising, inventory, logistics and budget targets.
• Develop commercial action plans, monitor expenses and collaborate with Paris HQ.
