Job summary

S%C3%A9zane in Dallas, TX is seeking a Store Director to lead our luxury retail team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will drive operations, merchandising, and budgets while coaching staff and fostering a high-performance culture.

Work closely with Paris HQ, manage recruitment, and plan store events. French language is a plus; 5–7 years of retail management required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• Luxuary/fast-paced retail experience preferred.
• French speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in-store with a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team (assist with hiring and recruitment).
• Oversee all operational aspects of the shop (retail excellence, visual merchandising, inventory, processes).
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets while identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop open relationships and collaborate with the Paris HQ team.
