Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Coordinator, Store Design & Planning for a prestigious global luxury retail brand in New York, NY. You will support Store Design, Planning, Construction, Facilities, and Cost Control teams with administrative and project coordination duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of professional experience in administrative support or project coordination.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with budgets, expense tracking, invoicing, or procurement is a plus.
Luxury retail experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Store Design & Planning across boutiques, wholesale locations, and facilities.
Maintain project trackers, schedules, and reporting tools.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries in PowerPoint and Excel.
Arrange travel and support leadership with administrative tasks.
Support vendor communications and procurement activities.
Assist with project closeout documentation and records organization.
